Features
Features
Ultra-Slim Design for Maximum Efficiency
The Polaris Lite features a polyurethane honeycomb composite shell, making it the latest in the slimmest hardshell rooftop tents on the market. It offers reduced wind resistance, improved fuel efficiency, and a clean, modern overland look.

Ultra-Lightweight Composite Shell for Better Fuel Efficiency
Polaris Lite features a high-performance composite shell that’s lighter than fiberglass and metal. This lightweight rooftop tent reduces overall vehicle load, improves handling, lowers wind resistance, and enhances fuel economy—perfect for long-distance or overland travel without compromise.

High Strength & Weather Resistance You Can Trust
The shell’s advanced fiber-reinforced material offers superior impact resistance and structural integrity. Unlike ABS, it won’t crack or warp under pressure, and it holds up in extreme weather like storms or hail—making it the ideal rooftop tent for rugged off-road camping. Stronger than ABS and lighter than metal, it stands up to hail, snow, and rainstorms.

Built-In Thermal Insulation for All-Season Comfort
The composite shell also delivers excellent thermal insulation. It blocks external heat in summer and retains warmth in winter, ensuring your rooftop tent stays comfortable year-round. A must-have feature for overlanding in unpredictable or harsh climates.

Premium Inflatable Mattress with 4-Season Warmth
Includes a 3-inch inflatable mattress with an R-value of 7.8 for outstanding warmth and support in cold weather. Made with quiet, soft-touch stretch fabric and open-cell foam, it offers comfort close to home. A multi-valve inflation system ensures quick setup and easy adjustment.

Quick Set-Up
The Polaris Lite features a lightweight triangular frame that deploys within one minute. Whether you’re camping on the side of the road or on a mountain trail at nightfall, quick deployment makes adventure easier than ever. Gas strut-assisted opening unfolds with minimal effort.

Modular Rail System for Outdoor Gear Expansion
Polaris Lite comes equipped with dual accessory tracks and a heater/cooler port. Mount tools, recovery gear, or other outdoor equipment with ease. Whether you’re off-grid or overlanding, this tent adapts to your adventure.

Expandable Exterior Space
Designed for more flexible adventures, the Polaris Lite supports optional luggage rods (sold separately), allowing you to securely carry up to 22 lbs (10 kg) of additional gear. Free up interior space while bringing along the equipment you need for longer trips.

Premium Hardware Built to Endure
Every detail is built to last—from German-made STABILUS industrial-grade gas struts to world-class YKK zippers. These components ensure smooth operation, reliable performance, and long-term durability—no matter where the trail leads.

Weather Protection
An extended awning offers increased coverage, UV protection, and rain shielding. Waterproof and UV-resistant fabric, fully sealed seams, and reinforced YKK zippers keep the interior dry in sustained weather.

Ventilation & Access
Multiple mesh windows with zippered covers keep air moving and condensation down, while three side openings make entry and exit easy from any approach.

Interior Comfort & Storage
An LED ring light provides bright, even illumination, powered through a USB/Anderson interface. A large roof storage pocket and four side storage bags keep gear and personal items organized inside the cabin.

Tear-Resistant Canvas
Built from 900D tear-resistant, sun-proof Oxford plaid fabric with a waterproof PU coating for durable, all-season protection.

Clean Aerodynamic Profile
Closed, the Polaris Lite sits just 4.3" (11 cm) tall on the roof, cutting drag and keeping wind noise and fuel penalty to a minimum on long highway hauls.

Fitment
Fitment
Naturnest rooftop tents can be mounted on most roof racks and crossbars on the market. Rooftop tents are designed to be mounted on crossbar type roof racks; we recommend at least 2 crossbars. The crossbar weight capacity (DWC — the weight the rack can actually carry while the vehicle is in motion) of the roof rack must be at least equal to the weight of the tent.
