Shipping Policy

At Ultimate Adventure Supply, we strive to provide the best customer experience, ensuring your gear and equipment arrive safely and efficiently.

Please read our shipping policy below for important information regarding your orders.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Processing times may be extended during busy periods, such as peak shopping seasons, sales, or promotions.

 

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, including ground shipping and expedited options. You will be able to select the preferred shipping option during checkout.

All shipments are made through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

LTL and Freight shipping will be shipped through the appropriate carrier based on the delivery region and the best rate available.  LTL shipping rates will be discussed prior to shipping your product.

 

Shipping Rates and Zones

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method, shipping carrier, and destination address.

Free shipping may be available for some items, but to qualify for free shipping, you must ship within the contiguous United States. Exclusions may apply for certain oversized or bulky items.

For international orders, additional shipping fees may apply, and customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any additional charges such as customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in the destination country.

International shipping eligibility will be determined at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to be reflected in the system.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and your location. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will be provided based on the carrier’s service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside of our control.

 

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is missing items or you receive damaged goods, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@ultimateadventuresupply.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We may request photos of the damaged items to assist in the claims process.

 

Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to request an address change before your order ships.

 

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for larger items or certain expedited services. Please ensure a valid street address is provided.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ultimate Adventure Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we encourage you to contact us immediately if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. We will assist with initiating a claim with the carrier.
