When ordering through Ultimate Adventure Supply, we will customize your Freedom Camper as soon as possible, typically by the next day, but depending on the complexity of the customization and availability of parts, usually no longer than 3 business days.  We typically have all accessories on hand and ready to install and prioritize customization orders.

Each unit comes with with a door, two windows, two air vents, a power cable entry gland, a carpeted floor, and two embedded strips in the roof for mounting accessories, such as a roof rack.

Yes and no. A Truck Mounting Kit secures your Freedom Camper the best way possible to ensure minimal movement while in transit and prevent damage to your camper unit. It is possible to secure your unit to your truck bed using ratchet straps or other methods, but this could damage your unit and is not covered under warranty.

Yes, the Freedom Camper comes with a 3 Year manufacturer defect warranty. This warranty protects you against defects caused during manufacturing and covers any workmanship or issues with pre-installed features of the base camper unit from the factory.

Yes, the optional parts will come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer of the product. If the part is installed by Ultimate Adventure Supply, labor associated with troubleshooting, removal, or re-installation of a replacement part will be covered free of charge as long as the product itself is covered under warranty by the manufacturer of the part.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, neglect, end-user damage, or any issues excluded by either Freedom Camper or the accessory manufacturer.

It is possible to unload and load your camper by yourself, depending on the size of the unit, but it is highly recommended to have at least two people because of the large size and shape of the unit. If you plan to frequently load and unload the unit, it is recommended to either make a storage platform on wheels to slide the unit from the truck bed to the platform to store the unit, or utilize an overhead lift system and lift the unit from your truck bed from underneath the unit.

Yes, when mounting anything to the inside that is not load-bearing, you can attach it using 3M double-sided tape.  Anything that is light that requires a screw, use 1/2 in x 1 5/8 in Self Drilling Drywall Anchors. These anchors will not puncture all the way through the wall, but gives a bigger bite than a screw alone.

When mounting heavier items to the exterior, such as shower enclosures, they should be mounted similarly to the Truck Mount system with a plate on the inside and either a plate on the outside or a solid surface of the item to be mounted.  Since the bolts will need to go all the way through the unit to secure the inside plate, make sure silicone is applied to the exterior.

For mounting accessories to the roof, such as roof racks, kayak racks, or large awnings, utilize the embedded strips in the roof. You can attach directly to these strips using 5/16 x 9 lag screws that are an inch to inch and a half long.

Freedom Campers are made of high-density foam, such as 2" and 2.5" thick EPS foam, coated with a proprietary polyurea material, similar to a truck bed liner. This construction makes them lightweight yet durable and highly insulated.
